Was scheduled a consultation today at 10 am, waited for the phone call from the number I was told they would come from. Tried following up 5 minutes after scheduled appointment because we haven’t heard from anyone and still nothing. I care about things being done on time and communication. I’m incredibly disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with both Douglas and Steve Casper, as well as several of their colleagues, for over 20 years. Throughout that time, they were always there for me whenever I needed anything. They were always able to explain the legal processes to me easily, keep me informed on what we would do next, and, at the end of the day, they pretty much saved me from financial disaster after my work-related injury. They fought repeatedly with BWC and the industrial commission and got my injuries entered into my record. Doug's legal secretary, Joanie, was also extremely helpful to me and would also answer questions and explain legal processes to me when Doug was in court and unavailable, whenever possible. This entire group is absolutely awesome, and I felt a great deal of empathy from them. If you have a work-related injury, DO NOT hesitate to call them.
