My experience with this law firm was excellent. Both my attorney, Tom Meade, and the law office staff exhibited great communication skills and were proactive in handling the needs of my case, a family law case. My attorney addressed what was important in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this business.

From the initial consult over the phone I knew that Mr Meade was the right attorney for me. He and his office staff are great. They were always available when I needed them and they would always get back to me in a timely manner and would communicate updates.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Micheala during one of the hardest times in my life—she made things very clear and was available anytime I needed to clarify or just ask questions. While I sincerely hope that I will not be needing services in the future—I will know exactly who to call if I do!

My husband was looking for a lawyer for contempt on his ex for his visitation rights that his ex clearly did not want him seeing his daughter. He filed his contempt with the courts and after the pre trial he wanted a lawyer. He went to a lawyer he had in the past for an accident, but unfortunately he could not use him due to conflict of interest due to he was with his ex at the time. His lawyer really wanted this case but couldn't so he referred my husband to Kroener and Hale. My husband called and and explained what happened and why he wanted a lawyer to represent him. They made him an appointment with Christina Strasel. We went in and immediately felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The staff was amazing!! We went back to sit down and explain what was going on. Christina listened and expressed a very caring and reassuring hope towards our family and the case. Christina has a lot of knowledge for what she does. Christina is very professional and at the same time makes you feel like you are part of a family. Christina was there and is still there every step in his case. She was on top of everything and if you ever had a question or concern about anything she was very quick to respond. She is very prioritized and makes sure things get done and taken care of immediately. She definitely went above and beyond to help us, and now my husband won his case and his ex was found in contempt!! It's all thanks to Christina!!! We couldn't have found a better lawyer!!! I went with K&H because of their great reviews and WOW what a waste of time and thousands of dollars. Jeff was judgemental, unresponsive to emails, didnt file important petitions (that ended with me getting a contempt charge!), and told me i was DEFINITELY going to lose my parental rights so i should just agree to my ex getting custody... then he tried to pawn me off on another attorney in the firm without even speaking to me about it. He clearly has personal issues with women who have left a marriage that he can't put aside. I chose to go with Shur Law group once he started ignoring my emails and calls (but he sure was responsive when he wanted more money!), and I'm so glad I did. I was awarded full custody this week. Staying with K&H would have resulted in me permanently losing custody of the children i raised. Jeff needs to lose the chip on his shoulder before he ruins any more families.
