Can I give them a zero??? I was on the other end of their debt collection for fines from the city and they ILLEGALLY garnished my wages for a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy. My attorney took care of it, but not without my first paycheck short and not being able to pay my car payment as was scheduled because I have to wait for the garnished wages to be returned.

Story time. I went out of state to buy a car. While obtaining a vehical in transport tag to bring the car home, the state title department forced me to pay their local and state taxes up front in cash in order to obtain a vehical in transport tag. These taxes and fees were incredibly expensive, and a cost I had not accounted for while researching my purchase. I titled the vehical correctly in my home state and paid the correct taxes and fees which in my state are much lower. I spent a few months pleading and arguing with the state/ local title agency to recover my money with no success. I contacted Andrew Sonnek and he told me to give hive him some time to look into it. He called me back about a week later and said, "You will be receiving a check in the mail within the next 10 business days." I was impressed, I'm not a push over and I was giving Andrew and his team about a 25% chance of success because I thought I had exhausted most options. I used Sonnek & Goldblatt for help collecting a debt owed to me. They were very professional from beginning to end, making sure that they kept me up to date on my case. I would definitely use them again.

In my experience dealing with these people, they are definately not trustworthy. I have paid a substantial amount on my tax issue. I have repeatedly ask for any confirmation as to what I've paid and can get no verification, the woman was rude and for a widowed senior citizen who just wanted to pay her debt it's been a horrible experience. Trust is not a word that is condusive to this company. It is more like shady.
