Potential issues with trust and transparency
“I have paid a substantial amount on my tax issue. I have repeatedly ask for any confirmation as to what I've paid and can get no verification, the woman was rude and for a widowed senior citizen who just wanted to pay her debt it's been a horrible experience. Trust is not a word that is condusive to this company. It is more like shady.”

“Can I give them a zero??? I was on the other end of their debt collection for fines from the city and they ILLEGALLY garnished my wages for a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy.”
