The absolute worst experience I've ever gotten from a law firm in my life. Very unprofessional, they weren't discreet at all, always talking aloud and howling to the secretaries instead of using their intercom system, both lawyers, bob and Susan were equally rude, when asked if they would please be more quieter and respectful and discreet, they just got louder. If I could give them NO STARS, believe me, I would. I highly am dissatisfied of the service from this law firm and I absolutely DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Susan Chaddock is an excellent probate attorney. She was very kind and compassionate when she helped me with my dad's estate. Everything moved along very smoothly. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who has lost a loved one and needs help figuring things out.
