Morgan represented me in a case that IMO was complete BS brought on by the execrable police work of the Mt Vernon Sheriffs department. While the end result wasn’t what I had hoped for, it was still a much better result than what it could have been. Morgan was easy to reach and always returned my calls, emails and let me know what was going on at all times. While I wasn’t happy to have to spend money I didn’t have for something I didn’t do, I am aware that the price I was charged was pretty fair. So if you ever have the misfortune of driving through Mt Vernon and get stopped by the police, or try to do the right thing and call them on yourself such as in my case, do yourself a favor and call Morgan.

Was not responsive to my attempts to contact, was not timely on giving me paperwork I needed to get filled out by a set date, and when I was upset over this stated I was being overdramatic

He did not even show up at court with his court case with him

I have 4 civil cases at once that would be easy cases I believe. He hasn't called me back that was 2 weeks ago since the I has another very possible case that's 5 civil cases at once. It should peak the interest of any lawyer.

I hired Alysse Giles to handle my divorce. I paid a $3,500 retainer fee and about 29 days later when not very much had been accomplished I was forced to find another attorney. She was very negative about anything that I said. She told me to just learn to deal with it as this is how it always happens. She was not working to help me, but wanted me to continue living in the house with my spouse during the whole divorce because it is easier. I found a new attorney and let Alysse know that I needed any unused retainer back. Alysse then informed me that I would not be able to receive any unused retainer back because it was hers once she received it no matter what she did or did not do. Hold onto your money and find a lawyer who will fight for you.

Although Dan makes more than 73% of the household income, we were married for 7+ years, I took none of our shared savings and bank accounts, none of the equity/investments of our home and commercial property, none of the 3 vehicles we owned, and all I wanted was to not be married to him anymore and for my children to have equal quality of life - Plus he has purposefully and intentionally caused financial hardships and physically abused me, and she herself has threatened me and followed me to my place of work to aggressively intimidate me into an unfair agreement - Aly contends that Dan should pay $0 child support for our 2 sons. Her argument - I am capable of working 2 jobs (which would guarantee I never get to spend time with my sons), and I have the ability to obtain a roommate to assist with making ends meet (which means X would have to be moved upstairs to share a room with Z and of course, share our home with another person rather than us having a happy healthy home together as a family). She also contends he should be given $325/month for a vehicle which has not been in my possession since November of last year, and his twice a month testosterone shots for his ED should be considered as medical costs. What?!?! That's just the tip of the iceberg. She contends that my sons having $0 support and me working 2 jobs, never seeing my kids, and giving away my son's room to house a roommate is in the children's best interest. But the truth is, all she cares about is money. It's despicable. 🤮
