Potential issues with will preparation and probate process
“Now it's not valid. I had him look at it just a few months ago and he said it was fine. Now it's not valid. I asked him to keep working on getting it probated, whatever we have to do (I live near Philadelphia, PA so it's not easy for me to get there) and he said he can't represent me anymore.”
