Seth is the best step dad in the world. he is sooooo nice except when he makes me do chores! :)

I had a rocky start with my attorney in the beginning, but that was from my own attitude. Seth smith was court appointed but fought for me and my rights as if I were paying out of pocket and got me a very reasonable verdict,in the end. I highly recommend Seth as he knows what he’s doing and goes to bat for you! If I ever am in need again I will definitely pursue his services! You won’t be sorry if you do!

Been waiting 2 months for final divorce papers.

This guy doesn't return your calls I've had him from February 17th have yet to talk with him. The lady that answer the call is rude as all get out. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN

I had a LOT of questions and anxiety with my case, but Seth and Gabby were always there to answer questions and make me feel better. Seth doesn’t get stressed in the courtroom & is great at arguing anything thrown his way. He gave me the right advice about everything and it was over quickly with everything I wanted taken care of. Highly recommend him because he’s straight to the point & gets things done!

If you want your attorney to incorrectly file paperwork, use plaintiff and defendant interchangeably and then refuse to give back a retainer stating he did the work when clearly nothing was accomplished. Seth is your guy! If you want an attorney who can fight and actually win Seth is clearly not your guy. I was served paperwork by this joke of a lawyer and after reading every single inaccuracies that were filed I laughed and said well I guess I can show my ex what a real lawyer looks like. The refusal to give back a $2500 retainer when he clearly can’t file paperwork correctly is laughable and a poor judgment of character.

Seth is incredible! He is down to earth and really seeks to understand your situation. I value how Seth talked to me with clear direction and insight but also treated me like someone he's known his whole life - that right there showed me that he really cares about his clients! Seth answered all of my questions. My circumstances are already high stress on their own and Seth didn't add to that. He tries his best to make a stressful situation less stressful for you! Very professional and upfront with options!
