I would 10/10 refer anyone to Seth! Court issues are always a headache and they made the process for me as simplified and easy as they possibly could have. Always has time to discuss issues regardless of your schedule and that in itself was greatly appreciated.

I will highly recommend Seth R. Smith to my colleagues, friends and family. I was facing an atrocious set of driving charges. He and his legal assistant Gabriella are very proactive and professional. They walked me through the process in a way that won my confidence and was reassuring. He was able to negotiate a set of charges to a single minor misdemeanor traffic offense. If you are facing traffic violations that are onerous or if you have an OVI charge, I would call him immediately.
