Rude and unhelpful customer service
“The lady on customer service was very rude, very unhelpful, she didnt even give her name to. i was Referred here by the VSO in Newark....but i wouldn't recommend anyone from this office if your a veteran. The lady talked like she didnt care what my situation was, and cut me off multiple time while explaining my situation.”
