Amazing group of attorneys.

Not sure if the woman I talked to was from this office, but her name was Vicki I think? Very rude. All I needed was some legal advice, not a lawyer. She called and asked me a bunch of financial questions, never giving me the opportunity to speak. It was a 10 minute phone call and I was on hold two different times for about 2-2 1/2 minutes. Once I told her that I just needed advice, she stopped listening to me, like I was a waste of her time. I was telling her what was going on with a car accident I was involved in and she would interrupt me mid sentence with “uh huh. Right” so I knew she wasn’t listening because I was still talking. Once I finally ended what I was trying to tell her, all I got was “go to our website, click on this tab and this tab and read this article. Other than that, there’s really nothing more I can do” All I needed was to talk to a legal representative about advice. But once she figured out she wasn’t going to be making money off me, she stopped caring. Very poor service. I hope you’re other representatives treat their clients better than how I was treated.
