Seth was able to get me a very good deal with the courts regarding my DUI. I went from a possible prison sentence to 60 days with work release almost unheard of in licking county. Seth and I had a problem with communication initially but after a honest discussion we were able to start over with a great result.

I had Seth Smith as my criminal attorney and he always answered questions truthfully, answered every call and if he was in court or busy he responded quickly and was very very helpful! I was facing 2 felony charges and he managed to get one dropped and no jail time. I would HIGHLY recommend him! Hands down one of the best attorneys around!!

If I could give Seth more than 5 stars, I would. I possibly cannot even describe how grateful I am to have had him represent me in my custody case. He was always straightforward, but also a listening ear & helping hand and I believe that’s what every attorney should do. Some days were more difficult than others, & Seth showed me not only the utmost respect and guidance but compassion too. His understanding of where I was coming from but also talking me through the difficult situations in our custody case, was one of the things I’m most appreciative of.
