“if i could give negative stars based off of first hand conversations alone i would.. absolutely terrible interaction with chris himself on the phone. called to ask a simple question and was dismissed and given attitude for simply calling and trying to figure out a situation.”

“if I could give negative stars I would. Christopher Zuzulo did a lease to purchase on my condo in Youngstown and completely destroyed the place after he stopped paying. He never paid any of the agreed HOA fees for about 2 years nor any assessments and stopped payment all together. He ripped out the kitchen cabinets and even stole the toilets.”
