Difficult to get in contact with and does not respond to calls or emails
“It was quite difficult to get in contact with Mr. Gonyias. I would call the office and get no answer, I then proceeded to leave a voicemail. My calls were never returned even after several days of me standing by. My emails were never answered even after Drew told me on the phone that he would take care of me in this case.”
