“He has me sign at his home (pretty ballsy in my opinion) to sign the papers that the case is closed and I was excepting $8k ( give/take a few bucks. I'm Rounding) for pain and suffering”

Accusations of gaslighting and undermining clients
“I call it deliberately done. He gets 1/4 of the OVERALL settlement. He gets the settlement as high as possible. Gets that 1/4 then you get the remaining he " miss calculated". Good snakey deal huh? His excuse was I was lucky to get his rate at 1/4 and not 1/3rd and I had a pre-existing condition.”
