It is hard to review someone who was a little bit helpful, but mostly not helpful. And the end of the day, you hope the person was professional, and he wasn't. Michael helped me with an HOA issue. Although he talked a big game in the beginning, he completely fell flat and couldn't finish, and completely disappeared off the face of the earth. A search party couldn't find him even if they wanted to. He didn't have a problem charging me for follow up emails when I was trying to track him down. I don't quiet understand who acts like that, but I guess if you have enough business coming in, you can pick and choose what clients are worth your time and money. So the "little help" part was because I did have legal representation, I did get most of the result I wanted, but not at all to my complete satisfaction. So if you're going to use Michael, make sure he is very specific about what he will do with you, what he is going to charge you, and what will happen if you don't get the results you want. If you can, just avoid him, and go with someone who is going to finish strong and not shoot blanks at the end.
