He helps institute safety measures that prevent injuries to the public before anyone is even hurt, because his goal is to help minimize suffering and loss, rather than his financial gain. I'm well respected as a lawyer nationally in a different field of law, but when I have a truck crash case, I either study the methods taught by Michael Leizerman to use them on my own, or in large catastrophic trucking cases I'd hire him as co-counsel because he is so skilled in this area of law that it makes sense for me to get his help. There are a lot of lawyers who advertise for trucking cases, but they really don't practice regularly in this field and it is an area where specialized knowledge of trucking regulations is very important to case success. If you have a serious injury from a truck crash, you do not want someone who does these cases once every few years, or settles every case. If you are looking for a trucking crash lawyer for a serious injury or wrongful death, don't even consider other options. This is the law firm you want to hire.
