Estate planning was done a few years ago. Very happy and detailed everything in a booklet. House put into trust to avoid medicare look back. Just planning just in case long term care is needed. Didn't want government to take half of everything we have. They will so planning is important.

Never returned calls

I met with Attorney Jacob Davidson earlier in the week to discuss several estate planning options for my husband and me. While we are not "old" we are entering that "next phase" in our life where it's a good idea to get things in order. We discussed trust vs. non-trust options, wills, Powers-of-Attorney, and even POA's for college students (we have friends/nieces/nephews with college students). He was very easy to discuss difficult topics with and he explained everything in a way that non-legal people could understand. I will definitely continue to work with Attorney Davidson for each new phase of life that my family enters. Thank you for your help!

Jacob Davidson is a pleasure to work with. Jacob Davidson was great to work with. He put together a Will, Power of Attorney and Transfer on Death for my husband and myself. We own a small business so it feels really good that my children will know what to do if something ever happens to us and my employees will be taken care of.
