NO ONE IS BETTER THAN WAYNE PERIOD. He was professional, but also comfortable to be around. Put my fears at ease, and did his job. He was well worth his very reasonable fee.

I almost got deported because of Wayne Staton's misadvice. Use Wayne Staton only if you intend on making a plea bargain. If you actually want to win a case, find another lawyer. He works for the Oxford Police Department, not his client. This is one lawyer who definitely does not have their clients best interests at heart. That combined with a lack of expertise and professionalism makes him by far the worst lawyer in Hamilton County. That being said, should you choose to admit your guilt, then he would be the best lawyer to go to.
