I had a free consultation with Charlie Rittgers before I decided to retain one of the attorneys from his firm. Attorney Edward Perry has helped a young man that made a mistake during a college visit that could have put this young man's future in jeopardy. Mr. Perry went above to help him and and he was able to attend and Education and Prevention program for alcohol/marijuana at Second Chance Counseling Center and charges were significantly reduced. This young man was given a Second Chance thanks to Mr. Perry.
