He failed to advocate for release on bond, refused to accompany client who was turning self in on a warrant that should have never issued. He failed to advocate for my husband's requested reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which is legal malpractice in and of itself, as well as ineffective assistance of counsel. The failure to advocate for the accommodations request also constitutes disability discrimination.
