I really regret doing business with this office. I feel Attorney Todd is rude and arrogant, and doesnot treat me as an equal person. I also ended up paying a lot more than the price that was given to me initially. I feel I was tricked into his business by first offering a lower price and then charging a lot more at the end because I had to pay and could not walk away after my case was closed. Never recommend

I have two tenant landlord issues and he was completely honest with his advice, which I truly value, even if the advice to one of the landlords I was hoping he wouldn't say. I rather be knowing the truth of the battle than being buttered up for my hard earn cash to be forked over. The second issue I did not expect him to "knock some sense" into my former landlord at no cost -and it wasn't just lip service, Todd made the magic happen -kindness and standing behind his offer is a rare trait amongst lawyers and wish there were more lawyers like him!

Mr. Knoll's ego is the equivalent of a jacked up F-350 with 40" mud tires. He is learly overcompensating for something; however, if he is not overcompensating, he is just a condescending piece of crap. He should switch to a career in SEO as the only reason he was hired is bc I needed someone last minute and he came up first on google search. He has lied multiple times, overcharged me without providing itemized documentation, and most importantly has left me come tell in the dark regarding the status of my case (a simple misdemeanor). His actions have been extremely questionable. His intentions are set on making "the detective smile," rather than me, his client, and the one that's signing his checks. His low billables are made up for by lying about his conversations with prosecutors and detectives, information I have never been privy to, in order to obtain unnecessary continuances for my court date. The last of which, he showed up 4 minutes late. He should be charged for my time waiting as he told me specifically to be there early. There is nothing good to say about Mr. Knoll as an attorney or a person. So in conclusion, if you are in a pinch and need a lawyer last minute, laugh at him when he tells you he knows everyone and will take care of everything after you pay the $750 retainer and just call the second lawyer listed.
