Robert Soto will con you in making you think that he will win your case for you then turn around and won't do it. But he will make sure that you pay the retainer fee before he gets started. This was a total waste of time

0 out of 5 This was the biggest waste of my money in my entire life. Spent 2k for emergency custody because my child s mother became homeless. He told me to stay at home I can't come to court for him to do absolutely nothing at all. Just talked to the other party involved in case a year later and he said nothing. No one knew why they were in court and he came back with a agreement for me to sign off more time with my child with a potential third party. I fired him immediately. I thought he was bad but I could only wish i knew how much. Child's mother stated he said absolutely nothing. He let amber van gluten walk All over him.

I met in October to have my Living Will, Health Care POA, Last Will & Testament and Financial POA created. I received a draft on 12/22 and responded with minor corrections. I’ve heard nothing since - today is 2/28/2024.

I was from out of state (Michigan) and was caught up in some licensing and traffic accident charges in Sandusky OH. I spoke to Robert on the phone, explained my complex situation and he took it from there. He was able to have my case adjourned several times before our court date so I could get affairs in order in Michigan. He met me on my court date, and went to work. He negotiated a very good and fair, lesser charge while having a more serious charge dropped. I would highly recommend Mr Soto!
