Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I have a case in the Riverside office in California and this people it's so unprofessional apparently they don't know what are they doing they are so nice before you pay and once you hired them they don't return calls they make mistakes and don't fix them I been waiting for 3 weeks to have an error fix and they haven't fix it or call me I think I'm going a have to ask for my reimbursement”
