“It has been over 8 months since they started working on my will and testament. I was told that they had to file it and that they would mail it to me. I still have not received it in the mail.”

“I have called several times and have been told that either they usually give it to us when we are there which they did not. Or that they could not find it. Timothy's secretary has told me many times that she would have Timothy return my call each time I have not heard back maybe once or twice in the beginning he called back but to no avail.”
