My husband has known Jim since he was a junior fire-fighter in Charlestown Ohio . Mark Fankhauser was my attorney from the day he passed his bar exam . Jim stepped into Mark's position when Mark became a judge . They are both incredible human beings . I understand that being an attorney is an incredibly demanding , crazy-busy position. However , calling your decades-long attorneys office should NOT begin with speaking to the rudest , mouthiest 16 year old-sounding chick !!!! I am hands-down sure that Jill Fankhauser hires the help . If you want the best , call Jim . If you don't care about the integrity of your attorney , contact Jill . But either way , be prepared to wait for days . Mark Fankhauser NEVER ONCE made me wait . Good or bad news , Mark had my back immediately.

If only I could give more than 5 stars! My words will do no justice for the fantastic job that attorney Mullins did throughout my custody case. Professional, courteous, attentive, punctual and most importantly, a straight shooter. She's not an attorney that is going to tell you what you want to hear but an attorney that will give you your most likely outcome and advise you on what needs to be done to reach your desired results. My advice to those reading this; do whatever she tells you to do! I will forever be grateful for her hard work and willingness to go the extra mile for my daughters and myself. I would be doing the whole firm a disservice if I didn't mention their assistant Ashley. Always there to answer any of your questions and also go the extra mile. I mean, this lady watched my daughters for me when I had a hearing. Who or what firm would be willing to do that for someone? BEYOND GRATEFUL!!!

Attorney Mullins did a fantastic job assisting me in my custody matter. She kept in contact with opposing counsel in a very professional manner. She also kept me informed on all areas of family law in order to give me the best outcome possible. Cecily is extremely intelligent, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to resolve their cases regarding minor children. Thank you, Cecily!

I have dealt with numerous attorneys over the years. (71 yrs young) ; I must say this firm, specifically Cecily Mullins was the best attorney I had the privilege of knowing. A fighter beyond all means, professional, kind, knowledgeable and got me through my 49 year dissolution of marriage. Always kept me abreast of findings, got everything done prior to end of 2023 which was my personal goal. Yes, I highly recommend the Law Firm.

James Eskridge hands down is the best Lawyer in NEO, every time I personally use him or have my family or any of my businesses use him, the experience is great and the results are always better than expecting. I have lost track of how many times and people myself and my family have recommended James and his law firm.

I called him multiple times, but he never bothered to return a single call. He just left my work hanging, and I had to go somewhere else to get it done. Don't waste your time – wouldn't suggest this lazy person to anyone.

Jim has been out attorney ever since Mark Fankhouser became a judge . Jim is phenomenal . Caring , intelligent , and all the judges adore him . If you need an attorney , JIM ESKRIDGE is the man you want .
