This man pulled the impossible. I was pulled over at 90mph. 20 over and I'm a CDL holder. I thought I was finished and my license and job was done. This man was the guardian ad litem for a case of mine recently. He has never visited my home, he has never seen me interact with my son! he has barely ever spoken to me outside of the moments that I was incredibly upset over what was happening with my child. He has decided that what's best for my seven-year-old son is to be taken from his mother and his siblings, and given to his father who now uses the child as a way of harming me. His father has a lengthy criminal background with many violent charges on it! during these proceedings he was arrested for about 10 felonies, including trafficking in drugs possession of dangerous drugs and so on! My son was signed up to go to biomed this year a better future for him, he has a house that he's lived in his whole life, a bed, pets, a clean sober mother that works that is involved with his sports and schooling, works full-time to care for him! an entire life that he's been ripped away from. He gets to come home every other weekend and a couple hours during the week, he cries every single time he has to leave! Every moment of his life at his dad's is controlled! he is forced to call his step parent mom, shower with a child his age that is not related to him, get scolded for saying he misses his mom or that he wants to come home! because mr. Lombardi decided that since I have a bad attitude, I must be a terrible mom! I love my son with everything that I have, mr. Lombardi it's too old to be making these choices for Children if he can't do the footwork to make a completely informed decision and not just base it off of black and white!
