I had to hire a lawyer on short notice for my son, who was picked up by PCSD for extradition to VA. Dan explained our options to me over the phone, then promptly visited jail the next day to talk with my son. Dan was very attentive, always available for phone calls and questions, was early to court appts. to talk with me and answer questions, as well as after court. We had 2 hearings under his representation and he met with my son after each hearing, as opposed to having me relay information, which I very much appreciated. Francoise in the office was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing legal counsel.

Jim was an excellent lawyer. As soon as I hired this firm I felt like my case was being taken seriously and I felt secure and positive that they were truly trying to help me. The advice I got was good but they encouraged me to decide for myself how to proceed. Their retainer was very reasonable. I was told about any future costs that would be involved before they happened so I could take that into account when choosing what to do. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

A $2500 retainer wasted! Can't leave a lower rating. From the outset, the appearance was that instead of fighting for my rights and freedom (as advertised), nothing was going to go in my favor. He managed to drag out my misery for over 7 months. He also appeared to ignore any and all facts and documents supplied throughout the time. His failure to follow through on his written statements, messages, and calls was the final straw. A replacement attorney finally took over the case and performed admirably in less than 30 days with a full dismissal within 6 months.
