Never returns phone calls, emails or text messages. Met with him a few times. Seemed like a good attorney. Have been trying to contact him since December, 2018. No return calls, emails, etc. Don't bother with this attorney.

I posted a question regarding adult protective services, and Mr. Koewler posted a response in a short period. I had more questions for him, and sent him a private message. He made a suggestion I would not have thought of regarding the type of attorney I needed to be looking for. He also advised me to seek counsel in my home state for further assistance, as APS varies from state to state and he did not want to give inaccurate information. I appreciate the information he did provide, as it helped me narrow my search for a local attorney more quickly.
