I used Lee as my divorce attorney. It started as a dissolution, and abruptly changed to a divorce. It was probably the hardest thing I have ever done, but Lee was patient, understanding, and on task. Cost was made known upfront, and very reasonable, he stood up for me when I couldnt stand up for myself!

My experience having Mr. Potts as my DR attorney was comforting and assuring. He is very professional and is incredibly caring and will do what it takes to help you through your tough situation. Mr. Potts helped me get my life back, and for that, I am forever grateful.

My situation was a bit different…single mom, never married but my child’s father filed to establish parental rights along with contesting the child support, without warning. I did not know what I was up against and when I asked my sons father do I need a lawyer, he responded with (2 days prior to the pre trial hearing) “if I were you and sat down and thought about what I’m doing, I’d get a lawyer.” My problem was that I was so used to keeping the peace, I was fooled into thinking it would be okay not being represented. After hearing that statement, my intuition kicked in. That very day, I began calling around nearby firms to find the proper representation. I spoke to one other lawyer in my search. That lawyer talked to me for 15 mins and when I told him I wanted to check around, he told me that would be $50. He was very cold, and it just didn’t seem right. I called Lee, the 2nd lawyer to answer the phone. After speaking with him for 20 mins about my situation on the phone, I knew he was the one. He was very accommodating and met me on a Sunday (the day after he came back from a weekend getaway). Lee made sure that I knew my rights as a single mother, and listened to me. He cares for his clients and is very responsive when it comes to questions that arise throughout the case. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. He was calm, professional, patient, and caring. Any case dealing with the welfare of your child could lead to a rollercoaster of emotions, but Lee made me feel at ease. I highly recommend only the best when dealing with hard family situations that involve your children. If you choose Attorney Lee Potts you will be more than happy with the outcome of your case. I know know I was!

I would recommend this lawyer to anybody he is very trustworthy and does a nice job . There should be more lawyers like this guy .
