He’s a want a be attorney. He’s very unorganized. He’s got the personality of a piss ant. He’s a little man with big man persona but it’s fake. He won’t stand up against other attorneys he’s afraid to. Very poor excuse for attorney.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Our simple loan closing took 2 hours. He cussed like a sailor making my wife very uncomfortable. He struggled with the math on the closing papers until my wife used the calculator on her phone to correct him. He also bad mouthed many of the other lawyers in town. The worst part is he made a mistake on closing costing me about $650.00 in taxes. When I brought it to his attention he cussed me out, threatened to sue me, and said he was going to bury me. he latter agreed to pay me $400 back, but it took him 3 months and several phone calls. Good luck getting a hold of him and his assistant is clueless about anything she is asked.

I first had a consultation with Mr. Hinzey. My first impression was normal then when he went into the other room to grab some papers from his secretary he started cussing like a sailor and being pretty childish. He came back in as nothing happened and we continued. The following weeks he promised to resolve a situation for me, this didn't happen of course. He NEVER answers his phone, his secretary always answers and gives him the message (hopefully) ,but i would be better off sending a carrier pigeon to get ahold of him. He's the most unresponsive guy I've ever met and I would Avoid doing business with him AT ALL COST if you value your time and have respect for yourself.
