Understand, easy to tall too, fast on getting things done

David hasn’t practiced out of the office very much for several years. However, when I do get to see him there, it’s always a pleasure. His father does still practice from the office, and is the epitome of professionalism and dedication to both his clients and the community. With nearly 40 years of experience, it is fair to say that he is one of the most knowledgable attorneys in the local area. This is something that hundreds of clients could attest to, since his practice is well-known as one of the busiest in the area. While I’m sure it hurt the previous reviewer’s pride when he didn’t get everything that he felt he was entitled to, leaving subjective and erroneous reviews regarding the wrong attorney will not get you any more than you’ve already received, sir. Thank you to the entire Hinzey family for their unwavering compassion and loyalty to worthy clients over the past several decades. I have personally been there no fewer than seven times over the past ten years and owe so much to this lovely team.

We did our closing with Greg and had a great experience. Knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!

To hear him he’s the best attorney in Belmont county not sure if that be true even if he were the only attorney in Belmont county. He’s a little man with a big mans complex but that’s too is a joke. If u need an attorney I don’t know who to tell u to hire but he’s definitely not it.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Our simple loan closing took 2 hours. He cussed like a sailor making my wife very uncomfortable. He struggled with the math on the closing papers until my wife used the calculator on her phone to correct him. He also bad mouthed many of the other lawyers in town. The worst part is he made a mistake on closing costing me about $650.00 in taxes. When I brought it to his attention he cussed me out, threatened to sue me, and said he was going to bury me. he latter agreed to pay me $400 back, but it took him 3 months and several phone calls. Good luck getting a hold of him and his assistant is clueless about anything she is asked.
