I don't know where to began. Long story short. My fiance was finally able to adopt his son that he has been raising as his own for 10 years. When you look at those two. You would truly believe that DNA does not make you family. It took 2 long years, because we had a very unique situation. Kathleen and her team did an amazing job. They were very patient, caring and understanding with us. Were they a little expensive? Yes, but they did their job very well obviously. Worth every penny. Our family is completed thanks to her and the team she had created. Thank you guys! 🙏

Kathleen Bartlett despises women. She will side with the abuser in physical domestic violence cases. Custody cases she sides with the father every time no matter what his criminal record shows. She enjoys gaslighting the victim saying they are "disgruntled". I wouldn't recommend her and surprised that she hasn't been busted in corruption. In cases with guardian at litem she has ordered extra pay of over 2,000.00 when GAL was no longer needed. GAL doesn't travel or complete the basic assessment. Originally ordered 600 fee then orders an additional 2,000 from each party for GAL. Children's lives are in danger when Kathleen is involved with the case.

After a rocky start , because of my misunderstanding of the justice system, I was very nervous about my hearing and working with attorney Freeze . I walked into the meeting room with Attorney freeze , she explained that she worked with the prosecutor to get the charges lowered . When we walked into the court room, the judge argued that that was if it were up to him he would be charging me with a felony instead of a misdemeanor like I was originally being charged with, and he would find me guilty . That didn’t dissuade Attorney Freeze from fighting for me, arguing my case, and being successful in getting the charges lowered. Absolute brute of a woman in the best ways; and the type of lawyer you need by your side in criminal court for sure.
