John Ball is one of the nicest people that I have ever met.

Started a request for John and team to pursue collection from a customer back in 11/2021. Apparently John gave our case to another team member, Justin Harris, to handle. After NUMEROUS requests for updates, finally the owner of our company thought it best to pursue another atty to handle. John apologized but it would have been nice to have had professional dialogue if they truly didn't want to handle our request and to have a year go by with absolutley no resolve. Maybe they just have too much work or collecting $31,000 wasn't a priority. Owner has used him in past, I would say vet before using.

Better entrance signs are needed!

I've been waiting 6 months for John Ball to do anything. Inept.
