My wife and I were introduced to Scott Williams in 1995 by one of our insurance agents, and from the outset realized not only how knowledgeable he was, but how thorough and caring. During the past 25 years, and continuing with the addition of Jen Allen and Ray Casey as partners, the pattern has remained the same. Annual reviews, follow-up to ensure the trusts are fully funded, educational programs for clients, trustees, and heirs have kept things current and reassuring to all. When my wife passed away in 2005, the settlement process was caring, and also quick and efficient. I heartily recommend this team, which includes a tremendous support staff.

I first met Scott over 20 years ago, but had no interest in estate planning. Then a few years ago I had a number of family and friends pass and listened to the problems of their estates. Given we have a special needs daughter, it was time to plan. We set up an appointment with Scott and he walked us thought the planning and the issues involved. Yikes- I heard him go through so many of the problems I had heard of from my friends and family and how his firm abates them. Now, with the ever changing tax codes and changes in sociality our plans and trusts are reviewed yearly and updated bi-yearly. Additionally, we have met with Jen and Ray and truthfully work with the whole office team. An estate is not stale nor is the law it is ever changing and they do a wonderful job of keeping the client informed and offering service to the beneficiaries so they too understand what will happen and are assured that Williams, Allen, Casey will be there for them.
