I met Scott Williams back in 1997 and he has overseen my trust since that time. He is considerate, friendly and caring. His staff is always ready to help. And if something comes up that he feels needs correcting, a staff member always calls and helps straighten it out.

When we first were looking for an estate attorney we attended a forum at SW Gen Hospital where several attorneys made presentations. Scott appeared to be the most knowledgeable and offered the kind of on going service that we wanted. We were most impressed when we learned that Scott teaches other attorneys. We were not disappointed. The firm continues with Scott's philosophy and continually updates the programs as clients needs and the laws change. Also, they take a lot of time to educate us clients so we fully understand their recommendations and our options.

The law firm was recommended several years ago by friends and it was a great recommendation. Few other firms provide the level of service that Williams, Allen, and Casey does with regular updates based on ever changing laws. Their educational updates are extremely helpful; this being another service most firms don't provide. Every person on staff is consistently helpful and dedicated to providing exemplary service to their clients. Simply put, they are the best!

Every time my husband and I traveled together, we had anxiety about leaving our kids behind because our "affairs weren't in order".
