I was introduced to Michael over three years ago when he took over a large portion of my whistleblower retaliation case against a large municipality. He has held a dual role in dealing with OSHA matters, as well as the Federal case. He has an amazing propensity to filter through an extraordinary amount of material and pick out all that is relevant. At times, I have told others, I speak to him more than I do my wife. He has kept me abreast of all the developments in both cases and, along with his team, has made amazing recommendations which have resulted in very positive outcomes. Michael also takes a personal interest in his clients and realizes the emotional strain this has on a person. There are times he has called just to see how I’m holding up.
