As a real estate investor in the Euclid area I relied on my property managers to ensure the properties were in compliance at all times. Unfortunately there was negligence at the property management company, which lead to the matter being handled by the courts, that could I have impacted me personally as well as my freedoms of movement. The prosecutor was not budging despite explaining my point of view I reached out to Robert based on a Google search I did. Upon explaining my situation, which Robert patiently listened through without being rushed along. Robert gave me the options. I elected to get slate clean. Robert went about it professionally from first contact, communications, document exchange etc was very good. Robert ultimately got the case dismissed which was a really good result and not an easy task with the city of Euclid. Not to forget Patrick, Abby and the team. Super team, super work. I hope I never have to use their services again:) but if I do get into a spot of bother, I know who to call. Fabulous work and recommend them without hesitation

My experience using Botnick lawfirm was very easy, efficient & positive from start to finish. I am from out of state and they handled a traffic ticket with an outcome I was hoping for without having to go back to Ohio in person. The whole admin team was extremely responsive as well! The texting system and online portal makes communication easy and secure.
