Personable 'real' people. From the ladies in the office, to Mr. Benham and Mr. Ream you will be greeted with smiles and efficiency.
They are knowledgeable, caring and serious regarding the work they do.
However, they don't seem to mind showing you a good sense of humor, kindness and genuine people they are.
