With that, his commitment is to ensure protection of your rights. A judge wrongfully and knowingly suspended a license from another state, which they have no jurisdiction. Said judge also attempted to suspend it for an additional year past the original suspension. Mr. Patton challenged the ruling and argued his position to the The Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals found the license should not have been taken, and ordered the judge return the license. Mr. Patton also realized that said judge did not amend the original suspension, as per the findings in the appeals case. He filed papers requesting this amendment take place immediately.
