Avoid This Firm – Unprofessional and Unresponsive I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cavell Law. Over four months, they failed to make any meaningful progress on my foreclosure case while consistently missing deadlines and ignoring my emails. Communication was abysmal—twice, they failed to call me for scheduled meetings, and when I did get a response, it was dismissive and passive aggressive at best. They repeatedly told me they were "working on it" without providing any proof of actual work being done. When I raised concerns professionally and respectfully, the paralegal Beverly, told me that "every client thinks their case is the most important," instead of treating my case with the attention it deserved. They also misrepresented information to me, failed to explain legal steps, and demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge about Cuyahoga County law. Rather than advocating for me, they made me feel like an inconvenience from the second they swiped by credit card. If you’re looking for a law firm that values its clients, communicates effectively, doesn't drag their feet, doesn't gas light their own clients, and actually fights for your case, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
