First off, this is a very professional firm in all aspects of the practice. They scheduled me next day for a consultation, and it was easier than I imagined. Mr. Cavell was such pleasure to speak to. He made it very simple to understand the exact process and choices ahead, while demonstrating a vested interest in my goal. I would highly recommend this firm if exploring legal service options!

Hunter gave me more legitimate advice in 10 minutes than my lender, realtor, broker, and loan officer combined over the course of a month. I received Hunter’s info from a referral on FB. I had an issue with a property that I am in contract with and closing on 2/24. I called Hunter 2/23 and explained the situation to him, he asked me to send over the contract and he would take a look. Man, this guy moves fast. Within the hour I was cc’d on an email from him to the seller’s agent; he had already contacted the agent via phone and email. The knowledge he had was very informative and I was impressed with how quick he answered all of my questions while providing me with all the information I needed. Hunter called me again at 8pm his time (I’m in CA) and he spoke with me for about 20 minutes explaining everything and how he spoke with the agents and what conversations took place. After we hung up, I received a recap email of our conversation. I am highly impressed. Thank you once again for all your help!
