My company used to employ several different t attorneys for their expertise in various fields.
Joe has whatbit takes to be a one stop shop so to speak. He works harder than any Lawyer we have used in the past with better results.
It’s a pleasure to be able to hand over what is troubling to us knowing Joe will handle it and will obtain the best results possible.

Joe helped us with our custody case. He really did a great job. Joe is very thorough and very composed. He uses facts and data in order to analyze and develop a strategy. He really helps to take the emotion out of it and focuses on how to build a great case. Joe Gives honest feedback and provides good guidance whether the news is good or bad. He also did our estate planning and had it completed within a week. I highly recommend this attorney.

I don't know where I'd be without Joseph from Triscaro & Associates! Joseph Triscaro came to my aid when I contacted him from the hospital after I had just been in a really bad bus accident. From the day I called, he and his secretary took care of everything and Joseph was able to negotiate a settlement in my favor 10 months later. I am so grateful to have had Joseph in my corner when I needed him. He is definitely one of the best lawyers in town! :-)

I have worked with hotshot $750 an hour LA lawyers and can tell you that Joseph Triscaro gives them a run for their money! I hired Mr. Triscaro to represent me in a breach of contract case. Joseph Triscaro handled a malpractice case for me. The case was very rare and sensitive. I had a hard time finding someone with the expertise I needed to successfully resolve the case. Joseph was very knowledgeable, timely, professional and communicating with him was very easy. He responded promptly to all of my messages, emails or phone calls. I would definitely recommend him for medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Triscaro acted on the behalf of my 88 year old mother. She was under the care of a local hospital, legally blind and hallucinating the facility failed to put bed-watch on her, she fell and broke her neck. It changed her quality of life. With Mr. Triscaro's kind and caring demeanor yet professional he was the anchor that helped us get through this traumatic time. Mr. Triscaro is a phenomenal attorney. He represented me in a medical malpractice case, and it was not easy. However, he never gave up, fought hard, and we had an incredibly successful outcome. He is proficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Again, this was not an easy case, and he never gave up at a point when most others would have. I retained Joe Triscaro to work on a civil matter after a former employer had sued me. The complexities of the case were daunting, and when settlement discussions broke down the case was brought to trial.
