Mr. Lind has worked extremely hard on my very complicated non-bio parent/visitation case. He has taken time to educate himself in areas of the law that is somewhat new and evolving every day. He has been able to win every motion filed with the courts. His passion, interest, and focus on me as his client has been exceptional. Mr. Lind’s compassion and understanding of the emotional toll a court case can take on someone does not go unnoticed. He was/is always willing to provide alternate ideas and support thoughts and emotions of his client. I would highly recommend Mr. Lind – he has been a true blessing. I was told by others there was no chance for a positive result for my case but Mr. Lind has never once let up in the fight for my rights. He is very straight forward and honest on what to expect.

Plunkett flat out and lied to me. He told me that he got me a way high settlement with worker's comp. I was still going to the doctors and still getting pain medicine, and my sister who hadn't been to the doctors in years. She wanted to settle so I took her to see Plunkett and he told her he could get her $140,000 to settle with worker's comp. Then I decided to settle too. I went in by myself. He told me I was going to get $999,999. I went to sign the paper and the attorney started talking to me while I was signing the papers and I didn't read the papers, I just signed them. I know it was my fault for not reading before signing them. But the moral is to not go in for a settlement by yourself, take someone in with you. Also I think he is bias against heavier people because my sister is thin and I'm on the heavier side.

I had went to see Hockman & Plunkett on a case l had, . which they helped me with. But they notice l had another case from several years ago and was about to expire. They said they could help me with that case and they took care of everything. I know they worked hard on the case and l didn't expect much and it took a while to end it and they did and was l shocked the amount of money l received cause l didn't really think l would get hardly anything. But WOW l did and l wished l had went to them sooner. They did a great job and l would recommend them to everbody that has a case and do it right away, they worked a miracle and l was very, very surprised and happy. They are very professional and up front and tell you if they can win or not but they do there very best and do everything they can to get you the most money they can. When you need GREAT ATTORNEY'S AT LAW GO TO HOCHMAN AND PLUNKETT FOR WHAT EVER HELP YOU NEED AND THEY WILL DO THEIR VERY BEST AND WORK HARD FOR YOU NO MATTER THE CASE. THEY WILL BE THERE FOR YOU. THERE SECRETARIES ARE GREAT TOO IF YOU NEED ANY INFORMATION OR HELP THEY WILL BE JUST A CALL PHONE AWAY.

Wouldn’t ever waste my time , save you time and money go else where

I never got a chance to use his services as I was stopped at the first phone call after the lady on the phone says where is Linda and I said I am Reverend Linda Stampley she still said where is Linda. To bad they are not professional. Can't give no star or they wont let you post.
