I have known Mr. Martin for several decades. I have called upon his services on several occasions. He is professional, worked diligently on my situations and I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

I've had the pleasure of working with Richard on a land deal. He was very professional and took the time to make sure all the details and paperwork were done correctly! Thank you for such a good experience-It was very nice working with someone who was patient, detail oriented & consistent.

For all intents and purposes Richard Martin cannot practice law in the state of Ohio. He'll sweet talk you into obtaining him, but from that point you will have to deal with another lawyer, sometimes just out of law school. He's so sincere when you come in for a consultation but his concern stops there. In business for over 30+ years and one 5 star review ? Ask yourself why. Go elsewhere......any where else.

David Perduk and Associates is beyond wonderful. He represented me in a way that is above the highest quality possible. He went above and beyond to make sure I was represented well and fought for me. Lawyers tend to have a bad reputation but David does not fit this label at all. He is professional, responsive and helpful by fighting for what is best for his clients. He listened to my concerns and was proactive in finding solutions. He will fight for you. I highly recommend him and his staff. They are phenomenal.

I was divorcing my husband who I had been separated from for several years. I just wanted to make sure I got a portion of his pension, but he insisted we try to get large monthly payments of alimony, part of which he would take as his payment. He did not keep in touch with me, did not let my husband's attorney know when he was canceling a court meeting, and was very condescending towards me. I grew disgusted and when I saw how much better my husband's lawyer was, I cut all ties with Perduk.
