Unresponsive and fails to follow through
“It's no surprise that Donna has a 5.0 star review on Google. She is a fantastic attorney! I was pleased not only with her expert guidance, compassion, timeliness in staying ahead of schedule but most of all her excellent communication! After a hearing had ended, she would send a summary to me within a couple hours and prepared me for the next steps. I never had to follow up with her.”

Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service
“She came to her work while she was working and decided to confront her on my google review and speak about all of this in the middle of a public restaurant at lunch time, my mother told her what I already have said that she just left her hanging for months and didnt help her, just would never respond, and my mother said that this " lawyer" ended up saying she was waiving her fees for her. Which is the right thing to do but In my opinion it was completely unethical and rude to have that conversation in public like that in my mother's work., completely unprofessional.”
