Front desk woman rolls her eyes to much. Just assumed I was a client when I was there representing a client

I hired Joe and his team for a case out of Cuyahoga County. While I initially contacted their downtown office most of my contact was with Joe and Carli Citrara in the North Olmsted office. We are so happy that we went with them, they werent salespeople but attorneys who really cared about us. Any time we needed to get in touch with Joe he responded almost instantly.

Joe and Catherine convinced a judge to grant their motion to suppress evidence meaning that the evidence the prosecutors were wrongly trying to use against me was thrown out. The Court of Appeals agreed with Joe and his team and ultimately my felony and misdemeanor charges were thrown out. It was my first time in trouble, they guided me through everything.

I was recently charged with a couple felonies. One being felonious assault. I hired my 1st attorney without doing any research and quickly came to the realization that I needed better representation. After finding Joe Patituce online i called his office and within minutes of speaking with him he put me at ease and told me more about my type of case than the previous attorney had in weeks. I retained his services right then and its a great thing that I did. The judicial process lasted a very long time but Joe and his associates, namely Catherine Meehan and Carli Citrano, were with me the whole way. Joe and his staff were very professional and informative but, also spoke to me and my family in a way that we could understand what was going on. He didnt back down and went with any direction I was most comfortable with. This whole event went to trial and Joe was ferocious in the court room. He showed he knew exactly what he was doing. In the end, because of his expertise the entire case was thrown out. I cant thank him and his team enough for everything they did. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a great defense attorney to go to him

I could not be happier with the work that Mr. Patituce and his team performed for me. They were professional, articulate, and took the time to answer my questions. I made a mistake that nearly cost me my career, as an engineer I regret that. The best choice I could have made was to hire them. Thank you.

I reached out to this firm several times to get some information regarding the success of their cases and they refuse to provide it. Joseph is very vague and doesn't seem enthused about new clients. I regret contacting them. They were only concerned with money and when I was going to send them the check. I'm so glad I didn't retain this firm. Instead I'm using Robinson & Brandt, who does charge more, but they are 100% better. If you are considering this firm to represent you, please think again.

All the reviewers here are hired by Joe Patituce and so fake. Joe cares about nothing but money. No client is his priority. Most of the work was done by his incapable assistant Catherine. He can't deliver what he promised. Joe is simply the worst attorney ever and is completely non-reachable! He almost ruined my life. I shouldn't have trusted him in the first place. I believed in the unreal comments online. His wife had baby, and they need to make profit to buy formula. That's what they are doing. The front-desk robot lady will be the only one you talk to if you hire Joe.

Mr. Patituce saved me from myself. I was in town visiting and made a horrible mistake. Initially I spoke to an attorney who a friend had recommended, that attorney seemed only interested in when he would be paid. Upon doing my research I found out that Mr. Patituce was one of the best attorneys, from other client's reviews, in Northern Ohio. My phone call with him was pleasant and I learned more from him in ten minutes than I did in two months with another attorney. His staff was responsive. He, and the other attorneys in his office, all worked on my case. It made me feel, as a professional myself, good to know that I had more than one attorney helping me. Mr. Patituce saved me from my charges, as a result I can put it all behind me. I highly recommend him and his team.

I work in pharmecutical industry and that often requires me to travel for business. On one occasion I was in the area meeting with a client for dinner. I had one drink. Immediately upon leaving the restaurant I was stopped by a trooper who claimed I failed to stop. He took me out of the car and made me take field tests, which I believed I had passed. At the station I repeatedly blew into the breath testing device but they could not get a result. I was distraught, embarrassed, and worried about my career. I knew I was innocent but I did not know what to do. Several attorneys that I spoke with told me there was no chance. When I talked with Mr. Patituce I learned that he was a former prosecutor and that he was willing to try to help me. Unlike the other attorneys he did not give me what felt like false promises, and he did not try to scare me either. I am so glad that I hired him because when Mr. Patituce obtained the dash camera video it showed that I was not drunk. The trooper claimed I was slurring my speech and almost falling over, but the video showed that wasn't true. When this was presented in court my DUI charge went away. Mr. Patituce was a life saver.
