Didnt check up on us before court dates , never let me know a end alternative just went straight to money talk , also sent someone else to the court date instead of HIM !

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer seriously, very professional and represented us immediately no questions asked. He's not about to money like most lawyers, he actually cares. In very trying times no question ty has been there

Ty had promised a complete dismissal for my case, and originally the court said they would dismiss only part of it, but after today, thanks to Ty, I still have a clean record. Ty was and is a friendly, down to earth man, he felt more like a friend acting as my lawyer than just my lawyer. I don’t think I could recommend him more.

We have hired Mr.Mahffay for a raid we was in. All over some stupid weed. Well we heard of Mr. Mahffay threw a family friend. We talked to Mr. Mahffay on the phone that day then we drove from findlay to Sylvania retained him and have had nothing but great service since we retained him. He even let us make payments. What other lawyer does that? Um No one! He's smart knows the law and our rights. Thank you Ty Mahaffy for the great job your doing for my husband. See you soon!

Took our money but we handled the case on our own....the consultation money was to be put towards our retainer but it wasn't, so there is a few extra bucks in his pocket. Very late for 1st court date, a no show for the next one, the court mediator (who was an attorney) did more for us than Ty did. Does not have time to fit in any more clients but he keeps on adding them, keep your money in your pocket or find a different attorney if you are in family court!!!

I can never get a call back from this guy! I hired him in June and though his secretary was nice and helpful, even she could not reach him. Promises of calls and emails passed and my case was taken care of, but it was not the service I promised.

Mr. Mahaffey and staff treated us like family. I was so worried and they always made me feel better. My husband lost his job and the staff there understood and handled everything honestly and professionally.

This guy seemed to not have things running smoothly in his office. I paid for a bankruptcy and it only got filed after calling tens of times over and over again. I didn't get responses to my questions and the secetary always seemed to give me an attitude. His assistant was late to my court date. This is an embarraseement.

This guy is the worst. Super nice until he gets your money. Then he doesn't show up for court and don't ever expect him to call you back, he never will. Took 4 months to file my bankruptcy in the meantime I got granished.
