My father and I met with Attorney Schwartz Nov., 2007 to draw up a lease/sale contract and file to collect money owed. He took $2,000.00 retainer. He did not due anything. Nov., 2008, he said he would have contract drawn up by the end of 2 weeks. After that, he wound not return phone calls, could never find him at his office and we did not receive a contract and no papers filed to collect money owed from the parties owing my father money. I did make request that retainer be returned with interest by Feb., 2009. And he did do that.
