Terrible agency and a bunch of thieves. Had an accident in Tiffin, but was unable to drive out there for my hearing. Called a week ago to schedule a phone interview, informed the receptionist about our court date, so she set the interview the day before the hearing. Dean Henry upon our conversation informed us that his fee is $1000 for a minor traffic infraction. Leaving us no time to look for any other options. Nothing short of a scam
